    If the smallest plan is bigger than your order, you pay for the whole plan. A bigger plan counts whenever its rate makes up for the overbuy.

    10 GB, 100 GB and 1 TB — small test, steady job, and scale — so headline rates that need a huge commitment don't flatter anyone.

Most providers publish a ladder: a high pay-as-you-go rate for small orders and lower rates on bigger plans, often monthly subscriptions. A low headline rate usually requires a large monthly commitment, which is why this table prices every provider at the same three sizes instead of quoting their best rate.

For each order size we take the cheapest way that list allows you to buy it: if a plan's minimum is bigger than your order, you pay for the whole plan, and a bigger plan counts whenever its lower rate makes up for the extra. Taxes, coupons and custom enterprise quotes are excluded.

Not necessarily. Check what the rate includes: whether city and ASN targeting cost extra, whether unused traffic expires at the end of the month, whether identity verification is required, and what the refund terms are. Each provider's comparison page lists those terms beside its price.
