Savings Calculator

Put in what you use and what you pay for it now. The calculator prices the same traffic on our live curve — the one checkout charges from — and shows you the difference in a month and in a year.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

1

Say what you use

Pick the product you are buying today and the volume you get through in a month. The slider covers the whole ladder we sell, from the first gigabyte to the top tier.

2

Say what you pay

Your current per-unit rate. If you are on a plan rather than a rate, divide the monthly bill by the volume it covers — that is the number to type in.

Your rate
Per GB, today$2.50
At 500 GB$1,250.00
3

Read the difference

Our price for the same volume, what that saves per month and per year, and where on our curve you would land. Every figure is computed, none of it is typed.

Everything in the calculator

01The real curveThe calculator calls the same pricing module the dashboard and checkout call. It cannot quote you a number you would not be charged.
02Volume, honestlyOur per-unit price falls as the volume rises, so the comparison moves with the slider instead of resting on one flattering tier.
03Monthly and yearlyThe month is what you feel and the year is what it is worth. Both, from the same inputs.
04Nothing expiresBalance carries over, so the volume you buy is the volume you get to use — that is part of the comparison too.
05Across the line-upResidential, premium, private, datacenter, mobile and IPv6 each price differently. Switch product and the curve changes under you.
06Bulk goes furtherPast the top of the ladder the rate is a conversation rather than a table. Talk to us and the floor moves again.

Questions, answered

lib/pricing.ts, the module the dashboard prices from and checkout charges against. This page imports it directly, so a price change lands here at the same moment it lands in the product.

Divide the monthly bill by the volume the plan covers and use that as your rate. If the plan expires unused each month, use the volume you actually get through — that is what you are really paying per gigabyte.

The price on our side is. Whether it saves you money depends on the rate you type in, which is why the calculator shows both sides rather than a single number.

That is where the ladder stops and a conversation starts. Bulk rates go below the published floor.
