Use case

Proxies for Web Scraping

Collect product data, pricing and reviews at scale without getting blocked. Residential, datacenter, static ISP and unlimited IPs on one network, so the proxy under a crawler matches the target it's actually hitting.

Web Scraping, from the inside

Three things worth knowing about how web scraping actually works on this network, and what each one looks like from the inside.

Match

The right product for the target

Datacenter when the target doesn't block DC ranges, residential once it starts trust-gating requests, premium residential when it flags everything else.

Scale

Unmetered concurrency

Concurrent connections aren't counted on unlimited proxies, so a crawler holding two thousand sockets open costs exactly what one holding two costs.

Health

Checked continuously, swapped fast

Every premium and private residential address is checked continuously for blocks and bans, and datacenter ranges are rotated at the network level rather than through an upstream.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

1

Match the proxy to the target

Reach for datacenter proxies when a target doesn't aggressively block DC ranges and speed and cost matter most. Move to residential once a target starts trust-gating requests, and to premium residential — our lowest historical block rate — when a target flags everything else.

2

Target the market you're scraping

Country, state, city and ASN targeting are included on every plan across 195+ countries, so results come back exactly as a real user in that market would see them.

Rotate or hold a session

A new IP per request for broad crawls, or a sticky session for anything that needs to stay logged in or paginate as one identity — the same toggle on every product.

Built for web scraping

The product capabilities that actually matter for this job, line by line.

01Block rate
Lowest tier
Premium residential draws from our cleanest, highest-trust segment of the pool.
02Concurrency
Unmetered
Concurrent connections aren't counted on unlimited proxies — two sockets or two thousand, same cost.
03DNS
Cached at the edge
A crawl that hits ten thousand hostnames doesn't pay the lookup ten thousand times.
04Subnets
Owned, not rented
Datacenter ranges are ours — rotated at the network level, not through an upstream provider.
05Identity
Never rotates
Static ISP IPs stay dedicated, keeping a scraper's session identity clean across long crawls.
06Screening
Continuous
Every premium and private residential address is checked for blocks and bans, swapped before it fails again.

Questions, answered

Reach for datacenter proxies when the target doesn't aggressively block DC ranges and speed and cost matter most. Move to residential once a target starts trust-gating requests, and to premium residential — our lowest historical block rate — when a target flags everything else.

Not on unlimited proxies. Bandwidth is uncapped and concurrent connections aren't counted, so a crawler holding two thousand sockets open costs exactly what one holding two costs.

Yes — country, state, city and ASN targeting are included on every plan across 195+ countries, so results come back the way a real user in that market would see them.

On premium and private residential, every address is checked continuously for blocks and bans; anything that fails is pulled and swapped for a clean one before it routes another request. On datacenter, a flagged subnet is rotated out at the network level, since the ranges are ours.

Only for tasks that need to stay logged in or paginate as one identity — hold an IP for a session. For broad, stateless work, rotate a new IP per request instead; both are one setting on any product.
