These subnets carry residential-trust reputation, so they hold up on targets that challenge datacenter ranges — at a higher price than IPv6 Datacenter but far more reach than IPv4 residential. If cost per gigabyte matters most and the target doesn't check reputation, IPv6 Datacenter is the cheaper line.
