4. Target Restrictions
Regardless of legality in a given jurisdiction, you may not route traffic through our network to the following categories of targets:
- Government, military, or critical national infrastructure systems.
- Banking, payment processor, or financial-institution back-end systems.
- Healthcare systems containing protected health information.
- Streaming or media platforms in violation of their terms of service.
- Any system where access would breach the operator’s terms or applicable law.
5. Responsible Data Practices
If your use involves collecting personal data, you are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to process it, for honoring data-subject rights, and for complying with applicable data-protection laws including the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You must not collect, store or process personal data in a manner that violates the rights of the individuals concerned.
6. Reporting Abuse
