Where SOAX is limited

  • Only residential and mobile proxies are sold: the ISP and datacenter product pages return 404 (checked October 9, 2026).[4]
  • Identity or business verification (KYC/KYB) must be completed before any purchase.[5]
  • Credits bought on Sandbox or a monthly plan expire 60 days after they are added.[1]
  • Plan fees, top-up credits and overage are generally non-refundable, and unused plan time isn't refunded on cancellation.[1]
  • ASN and ZIP targeting are only on the Scale plan ($1,500/mo) and Enterprise.[1]
  • Traffic is counted in both directions, including retries and interrupted connections, and prices exclude VAT.[1]

SOAX pricing: questions

As of October 2026, US residential and mobile traffic costs $5/GB on the free Sandbox plan, $3/GB on Builder ($200/mo), $2.20/GB on Team ($500/mo), $1.50/GB on Scale ($1,500/mo) and from $0.85/GB on Enterprise Monthly (from $3,000/mo), all plus VAT. Countries in SOAX's tier 2 and tier 3 cost less, down to $0.25/GB.

SOAX groups exit-IP countries into three geo tiers. The United States is in tier 1, the most expensive; India is in tier 2. The tier is set by the proxy IP's country, not by your location or the target site's. SOAX doesn't publish the full country list on its pricing page.

There is no subscription on the free Sandbox plan, where you buy top-up credits; the minimum top-up is shown only at checkout. The cheapest paid plan is Builder at $200/mo plus VAT.

Credits on Sandbox and monthly plans expire 60 days after purchase, VAT is added at checkout, and traffic is counted in both directions including retries and interrupted connections. ASN and ZIP targeting need the Scale plan or above, and KYC must be completed before any purchase.

Both. Sandbox is pay as you go at the highest rates; Builder, Team, Scale and Enterprise Monthly renew monthly and include credits. Enterprise Annual is a 12-month contract through sales. Startups can apply for 50% off Enterprise.

For US residential traffic, SerpProxies is cheaper at every volume up to 20 TB: $1.15/GB at 10 GB and $0.65/GB at 1 TB, pay as you go, with city and ASN targeting included and a balance that never expires.
