About Rayobyte

Rayobyte, on the record

Facts from their own site and policies — no review-site hearsay. Each one is linked to its source.

Where Rayobyte is limited

  • Refunds are narrow: a 2-day money-back guarantee on static proxies, and bandwidth is generally not refunded.[9]
  • No crypto, bank transfer or check payments; Apple Pay and Google Pay can't be used for residential.[10]
  • Mobile proxies are monthly plans from $250/mo, set up through sales, US carriers by default, and plan bandwidth expires after 30 days.[4]
  • Static IPs have a 5-IP minimum and are excluded from the free trial.[6]
  • Rotating ISP and rotating datacenter proxies have no location targeting.[5]
  • KYC with a passport or similar ID via Sumsub can be required, triggered by graylisted sites, high connection volume or risk score.[11]

Rayobyte pricing: questions

As of October 2026, Premium Residential costs $3.50/GB (1–49 GB), $2/GB (50–249 GB), $1.50/GB (250–999 GB) and $0.70/GB (1,000–4,999 GB), with Enterprise from $0.50/GB through sales. Static ISP is $5/IP a month (5–99 IPs), rotating ISP $3.75–2.50/GB, rotating datacenter $0.30–0.23/GB and mobile from $250/mo.

1 GB of Premium Residential ($3.50) or rotating ISP ($3.75), 3 GB of rotating datacenter, 5 static IPs, or the $250/mo Professional mobile plan.

Premium Residential, rotating ISP and rotating datacenter are pay as you go per GB; static IPs are billed per IP each month and mobile is a monthly plan. A business-only Scale Residential plan is also offered on monthly plans after a compliance review.

Mobile plan bandwidth expires after 30 days, "unlimited bandwidth" on static IPs is subject to fair usage, and bandwidth purchases are generally not refundable. Targeting is included on Premium Residential but not available on rotating ISP or rotating datacenter.

For residential traffic, SerpProxies is cheaper at every self-serve volume: $1.15/GB at 10 GB and $0.65/GB at 1 TB, pay as you go, with city and ASN targeting included. Mobile starts at $1.94/GB at 10 GB with no monthly plan.
