Where Oxylabs is limited
- No pay as you go: beyond the $5 welcome credit, self-service products need an active monthly plan.[6]
- Unused plan credit and top-ups expire at the end of each billing cycle; they carry over only on an upgrade.[6]
- All self-service purchases are non-refundable.[7]
- Every customer must complete a KYC questionnaire, and Oxylabs says it rejects at least a quarter of customer enquiries each year.[8]
- The residential network blocks some targets, including Apple domains, banking, some Google domains, government, streaming, ticketing and mailing sites.[1]
- The lowest residential rate, $2.50/GB, needs an Enterprise plan from $2,500 a month; the Starter rate is $6/GB.[1]
- No cryptocurrency payments.[9]

Oxylabs pricing: questions
As of October 2026: $6/GB on the $30/month Starter plan (up to 5 GB), $5/GB on the $100 plan (up to 20 GB), $4/GB on the $500 plan (up to 125 GB) and $2.50/GB on Enterprise plans from $2,500/month (1,000 GB and up). Mobile runs from $7.50/GB down to $3.50/GB, and shared ISP from $1.50 to $1.10 per IP a month.
$30 a month for the Starter plan, after a free one-time $5 welcome credit. There is no one-off purchase: credit is a monthly subscription.
Yes. Unused plan credit and top-ups expire at the end of each billing cycle; they carry over only if you upgrade. On cancellation, the remaining balance expires at the end of the final cycle with no refund.
Targeting by country, state, city, ZIP, coordinates and ASN is included. The costs to plan for are credit that expires each cycle, non-refundable self-service purchases, a KYC questionnaire before access, and VAT, which the pricing page says may apply.
A subscription. One monthly credit plan pays for every self-service product, from Starter at $30/month to Enterprise from $2,500/month.
For residential and mobile proxies, SerpProxies is cheaper: $1.15/GB at 10 GB and $0.65/GB at 1 TB for residential, $1.94/GB at 10 GB for mobile, pay as you go with a balance that never expires.
