Prices and policies checked October 12, 2026 [Try a residential proxy free](https://app.serpproxies.com/sign-up?product=residential) [KProxy vs a residential proxy](#comparison) Before you use KProxy ## kproxy.com wasn't working when we checked - On October 12, 2026, kproxy.com answered with an HTTP 404 error, served on a security certificate for a different domain. [\[1\]](#source-1) - The Internet Archive's capture from October 3, 2026 shows the same 404 page. [\[2\]](#source-2) - KProxy hasn't published an explanation. Everything else on this page is from its own site as archived in mid-2025. [\[3\]](#source-3) The short answer When we checked on October 12, 2026, kproxy.com wasn't working: it returned a 404 error on a security certificate for another domain, and archive captures show no working home page since June 2025. When it ran, KProxy was a free, ad-supported web proxy and browser extension from Spain's Sumalab Digital SL, with a paid PRO tier — and a privacy policy that collected your IP, Wi-Fi network name and the sites you visited through it. Cost Was free, metered; paid KProxy PRO for unlimited use [\[4\]](#source-4) Server locations Ten numbered public servers; no countries published [\[3\]](#source-3) Free-tier limits Free use metered by time and data; cap not published [\[4\]](#source-4) Ads Yes — "KProxy displays links to advertisers" [\[5\]](#source-5) Logging IP, browser, Wi-Fi network name and the sites you access through it [\[6\]](#source-6) Run by Sumalab Digital SL, Madrid, Spain [\[6\]](#source-6) About KProxy ## KProxy, on the record Facts from their own site and policies — no review-site hearsay. Each one is linked to its source. ### What KProxy does well - A named operator: Sumalab Digital SL, with a registered address in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain. [\[6\]](#source-6) - Offered browser extensions for Chrome, Edge and Firefox, a portable browser for Windows, and an agent for use behind company filters. [\[4\]](#source-4) - Let you switch between ten public servers "for avoiding a temporal problem or a permanent ban". [\[3\]](#source-3) - KProxy PRO came with a 30-day money-back guarantee — as long as you'd used under 1 GB. [\[5\]](#source-5) ### Where KProxy is limited - kproxy.com returned an HTTP 404 on another domain's certificate when we checked on October 12, 2026. [\[1\]](#source-1) - Its privacy policy listed your IP address, Wi-Fi network name and "identity of third-party websites" you access through it among the data collected automatically. [\[6\]](#source-6) - Free use was metered by time browsed and data transferred, with the cap not published. [\[4\]](#source-4) - Ads: "KProxy displays links to advertisers and other websites beyond KProxy control". [\[5\]](#source-5) - "Files larger than a specified size are automatically cut off", and the terms say it "may not provide a 100% guarantee of privacy and anonymity". [\[5\]](#source-5) Side by side ## KProxy vs a residential proxy Not the same product, so no row is scored. KProxy opens a page inside its own site; a residential proxy is a gateway your browser, app or scraper connects through, on IPs from real home connections. On October 12, 2026, kproxy.com returned a 404 error instead of the proxy, on a security certificate for a different domain. Internet Archive captures show the same in October 2026, and the last normal home page they hold is from June 2025. KProxy hasn't published an explanation. KProxy's privacy policy named Sumalab Digital SL as the company behind kproxy.com, with a registered address in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain. The web proxy and extension could be used free, with free use metered by time browsed and data transferred. Unlimited use needed the paid KProxy PRO. Its privacy policy said it automatically collected your IP address, browser, Wi-Fi network name and the identity of the sites you accessed through it. Its terms said it "may not provide a 100% guarantee of privacy and anonymity" and that it could hand abusers' IP addresses to the authorities. For opening a page in a browser tab, the other free web proxies reviewed here do the same job — compare them on what they log. For anything automated, or for accounts and ad checks, a residential proxy gives you a gateway to use in any tool, with IPs from real home connections.
